I have translated a range of material for diverse organisations, such as the University of Iceland, the Icelandic Embassy in London and commercial companies, such as Vodafone.

Editing
Editing involves revising translations into English, usually done by non-native speakers, and also original English documents written by non-native speakers. To revise a translation I would need to have a copy of the original version in Icelandic or Norwegian. A word of warning - if the translation is very poor, it may be quicker and cheaper for me to retranslate from the original. I can edit documents in English written by non-native speakers for you.

Proof-reading
Proof-reading involves checking spelling, punctuation and grammar and making sure that the text reads well. Mistakes in your marketing material, website copy or presentation create a poor impression with customers. Let me proof-read it before you go to press.

Client Feedback
I provide a personal and professional service; I am realistic when negotiating deadlines with my clients and I keep to all deadlines. I will also keep you updated on progress. I have consistently had positive feedback from my clients who have always been pleased with the end result and have enjoyed doing business with me. A selection of clients' comments and recommendations are set out below:
